Hostal Los 5 Pinos Madrid

During my recent stay at a budget-friendly hotel near Madrid airport, I was pleasantly surprised by the large room size, good hot water pressure in the shower, and comfortable towels provided. The peaceful sleep I had was a bonus.

I encountered a small inconvenience as I found myself in a smoking room despite specifically requesting a non-smoking room. The smell of tobacco was overwhelming, but the hotel promptly switched me to a more suitable room after my complaint.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the airport. The staff provided abnormally excellent service and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and lovely rooms. The location was perfect for us, as it was just a few minutes away from the airport by taxi/Uber. The hotel even arranged transportation to the nearby stadium for an event we attended. The staff, both at the reception and the driver, were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Spacious, well-appointed rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable breakfast. Exceptionally quiet rooms. Close proximity to the airport. Neat and clean accommodation. Excellent restaurant nearby. Peaceful despite being near the airport and highway.

Nothing to dislike.

Convenient location, ideal for Marriott conference and Wanda Metropolitano Stadium. Noise-free room, pleasant staff with helpful information. Easy access to Madrid metro. Efficient transport arrangements. Good food availability until 11pm. Clean room close to the airport. Excellent service and welcome for guests.

This cozy hotel is conveniently located very near to a shopping mall, providing plenty of dining and shopping options. It is also in close proximity to the airport, making it ideal for anyone with an early flight the next morning. Guests have praised the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, along with the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel also offers free wifi access, ensuring guests can stay connected during their stay.

Some guests have experienced issues with the wifi and the safe in the room not functioning properly.

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per spostarsi facilmente in questa città. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti della fermata dell'autobus a soli 10 metri dalla struttura, che ci ha permesso di raggiungere il centro città e la zona del porto senza problemi. Inoltre, la passeggiata fino alla spiaggia di Cartaromana è durata solo 10-15 minuti, mentre il pittoresco castello è stato raggiungibile in soli 15 minuti a piedi. Inoltre, il centro città era a soli 25 minuti di distanza a piedi. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti e coccolati durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. È stato un vero piacere rilassarsi la sera a bordo piscina e apprezzare l'atmosfera accogliente che questo hotel ha da offrire. La signora Sandra è stata particolarmente gentile, fornendoci indicazioni, suggerimenti e assicurandosi che ogni nostra necessità fosse soddisfatta. Non possiamo dimenticare di menzionare anche la comodità della stanza d'attesa con TV e bagno annesso, che ci è stata offerta per riporre i bagagli e rinfrescarci all'arrivo e alla partenza.

Niente di negativo da dire. Siamo stati completamente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno presso questo hotel.
